Paula Patton (born in 1960) is an American actress. She also has produced films like Mission: Impossible: Ghost Protocol. As a young girl, Paula Patton was raised in a Los Angeles middle-class household. Her mother enjoyed watching films and instilled a passion for movies in her daughter too. Paula was involved in a variety of activities at school that were co-curricular however she showed a particular interest in dramatics. She was a great actress, and she enjoyed performing alongside her friends. She acted in many high school plays at Hamilton Magnet Arts High School and decided to take up acting as a career. She enjoyed her summer at University of Southern California. She won an award for a PBS three-month project to film documentaries. After she had completed her three-month task successfully the first task was to work in production of television documentaries. She then moved to produce documentaries. Though she loved her job however, she longed for being an actor. In the romantic comedy Hitch she played a small role alongside Will Smith. Since then, she's appeared in many films and television shows.
