Konno has played the part of a teenager female in Kamen Rider BiBiBi BibillGeiz. Konno started working with her modeling agency Space Craft at the age three. Alongside acting, she's also an exclusive model for Seventeen magazine. In 2010 she was the first actress to make her debut in The Golden Piggy, followed by becoming a doctor when she was 27.
