Morgan Fairchild (born PatsyAnn McClenny February. 3 1950) is an iconic American actress. Her fame grew during the latter part of the 1970s and into the into the 1980s when she played appearances in various television shows, in which she usually presented a glamourous image. Fairchild began her career in Search for Tomorrow on CBS as Jennifer Pace between 1973 and 1977. After appearing in Dallas in which she portrayed Jenna Wade as the very first actress in primetime, Fairchild moved on to the NBC show Flamingo Road. For this performance, she won with a Golden Globe Award in 1980 for the Best Actress - Television Series - Drama. In 1984, she starred alongside ABC's short-lived primetime soap Paper Dolls. Between 1985 to 1986, Fairchild was the lawyer Jordan Roberts on Falcon Crest. Fairchild appeared on stage and also appeared as a character in a variety of television shows, including Murphy Brown. (For which, she was nominated Primetime Emmy Award nominee for Best Comedy Series Guest Actress) Roseanne and Cybill. Fairchild is also a SAG-AFTRA Board member. She was a graduate of an Catholic all-girls high school. Maggie Lawson first began performing on stage when she was just eight years old.
